Mr. Omer Ziv serves as Head of the Capital Markets Division of the Leumi Group, Deputy CEO, and as the Chairperson of Leumi Partners Ltd. Prior to this position, Mr. Ziv served as Head of Finance Division of the Leumi Group. His experience in the capital market is rich and expansive. Before joining Leumi in 2016, he held a number of senior positions, including: CFO and Deputy CEO of the Phoenix Group, and Chief Accountant of the Migdal Group. Mr. Ziv is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mr. Viktor Vakrat serves as the CEO of Leumi Partners. Prior to joining Leumi Partners, Mr. Vakrat served as CEO of Keshet Group’s Commercial Division, where he managed the company’s investment, revenue, and business development operations. Prior to that position, Mr. Vakrat was a senior executive at the consulting firm PwC, where he specialized in strategic and financial advisory for mergers and acquisitions. . He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics (cum laude) and an MBA with a specialization in Finance, both from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Cohen is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.

Mr. Eran Roth serves as Deputy CEO and Head of International Real Estate, Private Equity Investments, and Business Development at Leumi Partners. Mr. Roth brings extensive experience in global investment, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and capital markets across both public and private companies. Prior to joining Leumi Partners, he was the Founder and CEO of iintoo Investments Ltd., a fintech platform focused on alternative investments, which successfully completed an IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Mr. Roth holds an LL.B and an LL.M in Commercial and Real Estate Law, and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.

Mr. Gal Cohen serves as a Managing Director for Leumi Partners, and as Co-Chief Investment Officer Mr. Cohen brings 20 years of experience leading M&A transactions across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Leumi Partners, Mr. Cohen served as a Partner in PwC Israel's Deals practice. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics (cum laude) and an MBA with a specialization in Finance (cum laude), both from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Cohen is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.

Mr. Kobi Vinokur serves as Leumi Partners’ Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Vinokur has over 20 years of experience in senior financial leadership and corporate strategy roles in global public and private companies across multiple sectors. His career includes various senior executive positions, such as CFO of Brink's Company's (NYSE) Developing Markets division, CFO of Magal Security Systems (NASDAQ), CFO of Augwind Energy (TASE), and CFO of Miya Water. Mr. Vinokur is a registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel and the United States.

Mr. Elad Avivi serves as a Managing Director for Leumi Partners, and as Co-Chief Investment Officer Prior to joining Leumi Partners in 2018, Mr. Avivi was Head of Direct Equity Investments and Head of Private Debt and Real Estate Transactions Research Department at Clal Insurance. Mr. Avivi's vast experience includes roles as a director in Discount Investment Corp., and as an Equity Investment Manager and Head of Research at Migdal Capital Markets. Mr. Avivi holds a BA in Economics and Statistics from The Hebrew university, and an MA in Economics with a focus on Finance and Capital Markets from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Joshua Zeitak serves as a Managing Director for Leumi Partners, and as Head of Real Estate Mr. Zeitak has been with the Leumi group since 1995, and officially joined Leumi Partners in 2017 to lead its Real Estate and Mezzanine financing business. Previously, Mr. Zeitak lead a lending team with Bank Leumi's Real Estate Division. Over the course of his career, he's held several managerial positions with Bank Leumi (Israel) and with Bank Leumi USA. Mr. Zeitak is a member of the Israel Bar and holds an LLB from Hebrew University, and an MBA from Boston University.

Mr. Eyal Schiff serves as Leumi Partners' Corporate Secretary and Head of Compliance Mr. Schiff joined Leumi Partners in 1996 as Corporate Secretary and Head of Compliance. He holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University, and an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Schiff is also licensed to practice law in Israel (since 1990), and in the States of Pennsylvania (1994) and New York (1995).

Mr. Yossi Dinar serves as Leumi Partners' Head of Risk Management & Logistics Mr. Dinar joined Leumi Partners in 2009 as a Risk Manager and was appointed Head of Risk Management & Logistics in 2011. Previously, Mr. Dinar was a Risk Manager at HMS Consulting Group, and a Head of the Control Unit and Claims department at Hachshara Insurance Company. Mr. Dinar holds a BA in Economics from The Open University of Israel, and an MBA in Finance and Capital Markets from Ono Academic College.
