Sharon Klein-Manbar serves as Chief Legal Officer of Leumi Partners.
Prior to joining Leumi Partners, Sharon was a partner in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions Department of Fischer (FBC & Co.), one of Israel’s leading law firms, where she practiced for over 17 years.
Sharon has extensive experience advising Israeli and international clients on a broad range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, growth and venture capital financings, strategic investments, joint ventures, restructurings and other cross-border transactions. Throughout her career, she represented private equity funds, institutional investors, technology companies and multinational corporations.
In addition to her transactional practice, Sharon has advised boards of directors, management teams and investors on a wide range of corporate governance, commercial and strategic matters.
Sharon holds an LL.B. and a B.A. in Business Administration from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), both magna cum laude.
